319 Express was started in late 2025 with one bus and a dream, something Mark had thought about for a very long time. Although very new, Mark has ideas to expand his fleet with multiple buses and vans to get everyone to their destinations safely.

​Mark and his wife, Laticia, currently own the Monticello River Rentals and the Cone Shoppe, gaining a love for customer service, and helping people.
